A brilliant new documentary is set to air tonight on RTÉ One documenting one of the most famous sporting moments in Irish history.
February 24, 2007 is a day we will never forget as Ireland hosted England in Croke Park. Given the history between the two countries and the cultural significance of Croke Park, the build-up to the game was monumental.
‘No Words Needed’ looks back on that faithful day, 10 years on as Ireland gets ready to host England in the Six Nations once again this weekend. The likes of Jerry Flannery, Eddie O’Sullivan, Bertie Ahern and then England captain Martin Corry are all interview in what looks like a riveting feature.
