Tadhg Furlong Responds To News He Bought A New Jaguar In Typical Fashion

Tadhg Furlong has bought a new wagon.

The Leinster and Ireland tighthead, aptly nicknamed ‘The Jukebox,’ because the hits just keep on coming, has decided to upgrade his wheels, having swapped his old Renault for a flashy new Jaguar.

This is Tadhg Furlong we’re talking about though, so you can be sure the future British & Irish Lion didn’t roll up to the main dealer and buy himself a brand new one. The Wexford man spotted a good deal going back in his parish.

“It’s just a local fella back home who went to my school, from the parish, who said, ‘Would I be interested?’ and I said, ‘Of course I would’.  There’s not a whole lot else to it. It’s not as if I’m after changing my lifestyle or I’m after changing.

“I don’t think you’d be allowed to either, in a place like this. Even the lads back home, they’d be first on your case! I absolutely don’t think so.”
