Pic: Jimmy Gopperth Posts Graphic Image Of Nasty Facial Injury
This looks nasty.
Jimmy Gopperth has taken to Instagram to post a nasty image of a facial injury he picked up the weekend while playing for Wasps. His side took on Leicester on Sunday, coming away with a hard fought win, in a fiery affair.
His teammate James Haskell went off injured less than a minute after making his long-awaited return. The England back-row knocked himself clean out while making a tackle, but he’s not the only one who picked up a bang, with Gopperth coming away with a nasty gash above his eye.
Gopperth received some twelve stitches to patch up a nasty cut. It’s not known how he got it, but you can imagine it was probably a stray boot somewhere during the match.
His modelling career may be over, but at least Wasps are top of the table!
