One of the biggest shock omissions from Warren Gatland’s Lions squad was England lock Joe Launchbury. The Wasps man was arguably the best second-row in the Six Nations this year, but was overlooked by Gatland.
After another lacklustre game from Alun Wyn Jones, Lions fans have been calling for Launchbury to be called up, as they feel he’s the type of player that could add real value to the Lions front-five against the All Blacks.
