Leinster Suffer Massive Injury Blow Ahead Of New Season

Leinster’s injury woes look to continue this season with a host of player’s set to miss the opening rounds of fixtures.

Johnny Sexton (shoulder), Isa Nacewa (arm), Sean O’Brien, Cian Healy, Rhy Ruddock (ankle surgery), Dave Kearney and Richardt Strauss are all set to miss the start of the season but the biggest blow comes in the form of new signing Robbie Henshaw.

The former Connacht man was always expected to miss the start of the season but the full extent of that lay-off has been revealed today. Much like the bad news Munster fans were dealt with yesterday in relation to Francis Saili, Henshaw is expected to be out for 3-4 months.
