Ireland Receive Massive Double Fitness Boost Ahead Of England Clash
A bit of good news for Irish fans this morning.
Ireland’s hopes of winning the Six Nations agains the old enemy this weekend faded after their loss to Wales on Friday, but you can be damn sure they will do everything in their power to stop England from creating history.
Eddie Jones’ men come to Dublin on Saturday will a hell of a lot to play, despite the fact that they have already secured a second successive Six Nations title. Jone will be looking to remain unbeaten, breaking the All Blacks record in the process and will also be in search of a second successive Grand Slam.
Following England’s demolition of Scotland it’s clear that Ireland will need to be at their very best if they are to have a chance of derailing England, and with today’s fitness boost, they will be a hell of a lot more confident.
Johnny Sexton and Conor Murray have both recovered from their respective injuries and will be fit and ready to take on the Red Rose. Game on.
