The All Blacks will be out for revenge this Saturday.

The wounded world champions face Ireland following their meeting in Chicago which saw Ireland run out 40-29 victors, achieving their first victory over the famous side after 111 years of trying.

Ireland scored five tries that day and dominated at set-pieces, going in at half-time with a huge lead. The All Blacks fought back, but Ireland held on with Robbie Henshaw grabbing a late try, sealing a memorable win for Joe Schmidt’s side.

The All Blacks were missing their world class lock pairing of Sam Whitelock and Brodie Retallick that day, but both are set to return this weekend. Ireland were missing a superstar lock themselves at Solider Field in the form of Ulster man Iain Henderson.

Ireland have not received a major boost with the news that he will be fit to play this weekend. Whether or not Schmidt will stick with the winning formula of Donnacha Ryan and Devin Toner remains to be seen. Ultan Dillane put in a MOTM performance against Canada also so Schmidt will have a serious selection headache on his hands.

In other camp news, Munster pairing of Darren Sweetnam and Dave Kilcoyne have both been released from camp and will return to the province.
