Here’s How The Semi-Finals Will Play Out If Munster & Leinster Progress

Munster and Leinster are the only two Irish provinces left in the Champions Cup.

Both sides however have home ties when the competition kicks back into gear after the Six Nations, and will certainly fancy their chances.

Munster face a Toulouse side that scraped past a depleted Connacht, who clearly have problems at the lineout. They also don’t travel well, so Munster will be somewhat confident they can do a job on the side they defeated in the 2008 final.

Leinster have the much more difficult task of hosting Dai Young’s Wasps at the Aviva. Both teams play a similar brand of rugby, that could easily go other way. Leo Cullen’s men however, will be hoping home advantage will be enough.

Should Munster progress they will face Saracens (in Ireland) or Glasgow (in Scotland) while Leinster will face Clermont or Toulon in France.
