Chris Ashton Could Be Set For A Shock Move Away From Saracens

Chris Ashton could be on his way out of English champions Saracens.

The winger has spent much of the last year or so in the headlines for all the wrong reasons due to a number of suspensions including a recent thirteen week ban for biting an opponent in a Premiership game against Northampton.

Rugby journalist Gavin Mortimer is now reporting that Ashton’s Saracens stint may be about to come to an abrupt end with Toulon said to have opened discussions about a potential move to the Top 14 side.

An ‘intermediary’ of his agent has reportedly contacted Toulon & Mourad Boudjella is said to be studying his CV.
